- Please provide your correct name, an active mobile number, and a complete delivery address.
- Keep your mobile phone switched on and answer our calls to ensure smooth order confirmation and delivery.
2. Please Be Sure Before Ordering
- Carefully check the product photos, description, size, features, and price before placing your order.
- Please place an order only when you are 100% sure about your purchase.
3. Product Checking During Delivery
- Customers must check their products in front of the delivery person before accepting the parcel.
- Please check carefully for any defects, damage, or other issues.
- If you notice any problem, inform the delivery person before they leave.
4. Returns Due to Personal Preference
- If the product is in perfect condition, has no defects, and matches the order, but the customer wishes to return it simply because they do not like it, the customer must pay a BDT 150 delivery charge plus the applicable return delivery charge.
- Please make sure you are satisfied with your choice before placing an order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us promptly.
- You may be asked to provide photos or videos to help us verify the issue.
6. Delivery and Payment
- We deliver products across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment may be required depending on the order.
